Renovation

CIPP Lining (Cured-In-Place Pipe)

A flexible liner soaked with resin is either inverted into the sewer using water or air pressure or pulled in using a winch. The resin cures through heat or UV light, forming a new pipe within the old one. This method is suitable for diameters from DN 100 to DN 2000.

Close-Fit Method

A pre-deformed plastic pipe is pulled into the damaged sewer using a winch. With heat and air pressure, the pipe returns to its original shape, fitting tightly to the interior wall of the old pipe.

Segmented Pipe Lining

Lining pipes are inserted into the old pipe and joined to form a continuous line. A space between the inner wall of the old pipe and the outer wall of the liner is required. This method is applicable to both walkable and non-walkable pipes and in all cross-section shapes.

Repair

Short Liner

This spot repair involves resin-impregnated carrier materials that are cured in place using air pressure. The materials bond with the pipe to seal localized damage.

Internal Sleeves

Used to seal cracks and root intrusion, these sleeves are mechanically expanded and fixed in place. Variants include stainless steel with rubber seals, rubber sleeves with stainless bands, and bonded stainless sleeves.

End Sleeves

These seal the transition area between liner and old pipe and are available in different formats.

Coating Techniques

A hardening material is applied to the surface of sewers, manholes, or other drainage structures, forming a protective layer. Materials include mortar or polymer resins, applied by hand or machine.

Injection Techniques

or resins are injected under pressure. These are applied for socket sealing and crack repairs.

Robotic Work

and more. They are essential for trenchless repair, especially in non-walkable sewers.

Milling Operations

Robots remove protrusions, roots, and debris in circular pipes. They also reopen lateral connections post-lining. Used in DN 150–800 and special profiles.

Grouting Systems

Repairs leaks and connection faults in circular, non-walkable pipes using robotic machines that inject repair material directly at the defect.

Lateral Connection Repair

Also called stub or lateral repairs, this service addresses the connection between mainline and lateral. Hut profiles and grouting methods are commonly used.

Hat Profiles

These resin-impregnated profiles are placed using a setting device and cured in place to seal lateral connections.

Crack and Fragment Repairs

Used for sealing leaks in all types of pipelines. Injection, grouting, and short liner methods are typically applied.

Socket Sealing

Seals leaking joints between two pipe sections.

House Connection Rehabilitation

Small-diameter CIPP liners are used in building connections. They can be installed from the building or from the mainline using the MtH method.

MtH System (Main to House)

A trenchless method for rehabilitating building connections from the mainline without accessing the building. DF-ING has patented the MtH 2.0 technique for enhanced efficiency.

Manual and Manhole Rehabilitation

Manholes and structures are also subject to aging. Since they are accessible, manual repairs are often possible. After preparation, surfaces are sealed or coated using tools like the innovative manhole liner.

Großprofilsanierung

Bautenschutz
