DKS Strategy Days in Kiel – shaping the future together
In early April, the partner companies of the DKS Group came together in Kiel for a three-day strategy meeting. The focus was on intensive exchange, fresh impulses for collaboration, and a shared vision for the future of trenchless pipe and sewer rehabilitation.
A special highlight was the visit to IBAK Helmut Hunger GmbH & Co. KG, a leading manufacturer of inspection systems. During a guided tour of the facilities, participants experienced the latest technological developments up close – accompanied by warm hospitality and inspiring exchange with the IBAK team.
As part of the strategy afternoon, goals and approaches for further developing collaboration were explored in greater depth. A strong impulse came from the presentation by Thomas Miller (Pipe Bull) titled ‘A Guide to Successful Project Management.’ His hands-on and authentic talk provided valuable food for thought for day-to-day project work within the DKS Group.
